    Description

    What started as a small Physician practice in Central Florida has grown into a multi-specialty practice of 40 providers. They currently have an opening for a Rheumatologist.     Practice Details

    • Will be establishing the Rheumatology department as the first in this multi-specialty group due to patient demand
    • Outpatient clinic hours, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
    • No call
    • See an average of 15-18 patients daily in the clinic
    • A full in-house lab includes pathology, diagnostics, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, 4 ultrasound suites, portable ultrasound, Covis 8000 machine, and nuclear bone scan
    • The clinic includes in-house billing, an IT team, and scribes if needed
    • Must be BC/BE
    • Both experienced candidates and upcoming fellow grads are encouraged to apply

    Compensation Benefits

    • The employed position will include an attractive base salary, bonuses based on collections, signing bonus
    • Comprehensive benefits package to include malpractice, health, dental, life, vision, paid holidays, 4 weeks vac/CME with $1500 expenses, family leave, and relocation

    About Ocala, Florida

    Ocala is a city in and the county seat of Marion County an hour north of Orlando and 98 miles to Tampa. The city's local population is 64,000 with a service area covering over 300,000. Known as the "Horse Capital of the World," this city in Florida is home to a major thoroughbred breeding center. There are only about three other such facilities in the world. As such, Ocala offers plenty of horseback riding opportunities. After you ride like the wind on land, you may want to take it easy and gently sail on glass-bottomed boats at Silver Springs State Park. For a little bit of history, you can head over to Historic Downtown Square where you'll see buildings dating back from the time Ocala became the first town in Marion County during the 1800s.
