    Description

    We're seeking a Parking Attendant to oversee activities that occur in the parking lot, such as leading guests to open spots, ensuring parking spaces are maximized, giving directions to motorists, patrolling the lot, and assisting with payment.


    NOTE:
    THIS POSITION WILL SPEND THE MAJORITY OF TIME OUTDOORS
    Ensure safe, hazard free, and clean parking environment.
    # Maintain operation of parking lot and ensure guests get high quality service.
    # Identify possible risks and resolve conflict where it arises.
    # Carry out regular patrol of the parking area and issue notices of payment to customers for non-compliance to parking terms and conditions.
    # Regularly clean parking lot to ensure it is tidy and organized, includes sweeping, wiping down surfaces and equipment, emptying trash, picking up trash, etc.
    # Respond to reports concerning damage to equipment.
    # Prior experience working as parking attendant
    Excellent customer service skills
    # Availability to work varied shifts, especially evenings (4-11), including weekends and holidays
