    Job Title:

    School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

    We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a school-based position in Coos Bay, OR.

    The ideal candidate will have minimum 1+ years of speech therapy experience and be able to work effectively in a school environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific communication needs
    • Provide direct therapy services to students, including one-on-one sessions and group therapy
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication development
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and progress
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
    • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Oregon
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and educators
