The EP Lab RN is a crucial healthcare professional who, using specialized equipment under the guidance of a qualified Electrophysiologist/Cardiologist, conducts procedures on adult patients for accurate diagnosis and treatment of heart arrhythmias, as well as device implants, ensuring utmost patient safety and comfort. Essential attributes include demonstrating respect, dignity, compassion, and empathy in all interactions with patients, families, visitors, and colleagues, irrespective of their cultural backgrounds. Qualifications

Education, Credentials, Licenses:
Active RN License in the state of work

ACLS certification

CPR certification

Specialized Knowledge:
ECG rhythm interpretation

Knowledge of critical care medications

Kind and Length of Experience:
Two years of critical care nursing experience

FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt
