    Position Summary: We seek an IT professional with expertise in enterprise-level information technology operations, focusing on cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate possesses demonstrated project management and people leadership skills within technical teams, advanced communication skills, and can foster effective collaboration with internal and external clients. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. We highly value candidates with a background in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Plan, execute, and manage technical project team workloads while overseeing the sustainment operations of technical delivery teams.
    • Manage services per contracted SLAs.
    • Collaborate closely with teams on Cloud migration, operations, and new customer onboarding, playing a critical role as a stakeholder in Managed Cloud Delivery and providing valuable service input.
    • Define and refine team operating models while contributing to the establishment of necessary structures, roles, and responsibilities.
    • Define cloud-centric measures and performance metrics to assess service effectiveness for customer delivery.
    • Develop and oversee project plans, documentation, and deliverables, including spreadsheets, diagrams, presentations, and process maps.
    • Manage multiple deployment teams and customer environments during buildout and sustaining maintenance activities in a managed service environment.
    • Manage relationships with the internal technical leads, external customer team leads, and all other applicable stakeholders in the service delivery process.
    • Proactively manage program/project schedules, evaluate contract scope changes, resolve resource conflicts, and ensure comprehensive project documentation.
    • Other duties aligned with program management responsibilities may be assigned; occasional travel may be required for internal and/or customer-related program/project activities.
    Qualifications and Experience

    Basic Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, a business-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • Active Secret clearance or must be able to obtain a security clearance.
    • 10+ years of project management experience leading technical teams in deploying and sustaining infrastructure, services, and applications.
    • Understanding of SAP-BASIS, HANA, Cloud, Linux, SQL, and DBA
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Outlook.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with PPM and Agile tools such as Confluence, JIRA, etc.,
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
