    The company is in search of a Vice President to oversee its e-commerce division, a vital part of its business operations. The chosen candidate will lead the growth and development of the e-commerce sector. This position requires a strategic mindset, hands-on approach, and effective implementation of business strategies. The VP will assess the current e-commerce team, make necessary additions, and ensure the online retail platform's success and expansion. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader in e-commerce, preferably with experience in soft goods. While relocation is not mandatory, candidates near the Southeast are preferred. A successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in e-commerce management, team leadership, and business development. Experience in apparel, home furnishings, or industrial markets within the fashion industry is advantageous.
