Job summary
The Assistant Community Manager role involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring the community runs smoothly. Responsibilities include administrative tasks such as responding to phone calls and emails, maintaining knowledge of affordable housing programs and tax credit agency regulations- Ensures timely completion of certifications for U.S. Housing in compliance with Residential One standards.
- Prepares necessary documentation for lease orientations and signings,
- Assists in apartment inspections for move-in/move-out conditions within 24 hours of action,
- Maintains accurate waiting lists,
