Schedule professional home consultations present customized room designs sample fabrics furniture tables accessory recommendations as well as benefits professional installation service.Execute champion Design process following established company guidelines.Responsible supporting design related functions store.Customer FocusProvide highest level of customer service current future customers.Ensure each La‐Z-Boy customer has informative positive experience using good customer service skills knowledge products following company selling process.Use Podium ensure customer satisfaction future follow-up.Make sound business decisions deliver customer satisfaction promote team environment.Provide support being responsive incoming phone calls emails.Assist handling customer issues complaints.Provide appropriate solutions alternatives achieve satisfied experience.PeopleMaintain positive working relationship all store employees.Assist train coach develop new peers on La‐Z-Boy product knowledge selling process/skills achieve store sales goals.Help promote champion culture sales service.
