    Job Title: Associate Product Manager

    Excited about collaborating with agile teams to create products that solve real-world problems? Do you have experience in building digital products and are eager to enhance early childhood education? We are seeking proactive Associate Product Managers to join our dynamic team.

    Located anywhere in the U.S. and reporting to our Product Management unit, Associate Product Managers will contribute to developing new product features and functionalities across key areas like assessment, teacher experience, family engagement, and more.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to solve customer and business challenges
    • Translate vision into user stories with clear requirements for development
    • Engage with users to gather feedback and drive prioritization decisions
    • Track product metrics and milestones
    • Manage risks and communicate effectively
    • Support market research and product discovery

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in SaaS or consumer product design
    • Experience working in agile environments
    • Aptitude for fast-paced, collaborative settings
    • Ability to drive decisions and collaborate effectively
    • Strong prioritization skills and experience with software developers
    • Degree in relevant field (bonus points for education background)
