Job summary
The Asian American Health Coalition dba HOPE Clinic is full-time, non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that serves the uninsured, under-insured, those with limited English proficiency, and low-income patients.We are seeking to spread awareness of the maternal and child health condition by bringing in interested pre- and/or post-baccalaureate students and/or graduates to gain insight into Public Health work and initiatives.
The selected interns will volunteer a minimum of hours per week towards learning about and participating in our MCH programs. They will receive insight into the work of a Health Education Specialist and the public health field. They will transform academic knowledge into real-world application with mentorship from industry professionals.
