    Description


    The Administrative and HR Specialist will work collaboratively with the management team and employees for seamless communication and process congruency related to employee matters such as onboarding and offboarding of employees, payroll confirmation, benefits enrollment, IT setup and support, and other HR-related support on projects and issues.

    This role will also be responsible for other administrative duties to support and enhance employee satisfaction and agency operations with duties such as planning employee events and training, maintaining agency inventory, purchasing, and other responsibilities as determined by the CEO.
