    Guest Experience Specialist

    Join our team as a Guest Experience Specialist and engage guests in unforgettable outdoor adventures. This is a seasonal role with housing options throughout the season.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support fellow team members within the department, manage multiple priorities while positively engaging with on-site guests and those arriving soon, share resources and feedback to foster growth, ensure successful attendance and guest satisfaction during events.

    The Ideal Candidate:


    • A service-oriented mindset for enhancing guest experiences;
    • A friendly, outgoing personality;

    This may require personal protective equipment when necessary. You must be able to lift 45 pounds independently. You will work in various weather conditions including heat,rain,snow,humidity,and wind.youmustobtainTipCertificationandbecomequalifiedbeforedespensingfoodorbeverageproperlythisthejobiscontingentuponthesuccessfulcompletionofaBackgroundcheck.
