Job Description:

Position Description: Develops full-stack software applications and end-to-end solutions using Python, Java, and SQL. Creates Angular-based User Interfaces (UIs) and deploys Java-based middle-tier services to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Enhances application performance, scalability, and time-to-market solutions. Participates in architecture design teams and contributes to the project's success by developing complex software applications. Analyzes business requirements to translate divisional initiatives into effective solutions. Recommends improvements in project development processes to enhance overall performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

Participates in architecture design teams.
Defines and implements application-level architecture.
Develops applications for complex projects and subsystems.
Recommends testing tools and methodologies.
Responsible for QA readiness of software deliverables.
Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications.
Establishes project life cycle plans for complex projects.
Ensures project goals are met on-time and within budget.
Advises on risk assessment and management strategies.
Plans and coordinates project schedules.
Acts as a liaison for business units to resolve project issues.
Provides technology solutions and evaluation estimates for initiatives.
Advises senior management on technical strategy.
Mentors junior team members.
Performs technical and functional analysis for projects.
Develops creative technical solutions for development efforts.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Five years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer using Java, Angular, and PL/SQL Oracle, or three years with a Master's degree.

Skills and Knowledge:

Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) implementing, testing, and debugging secure Agile planning platforms.
Designing scalable Web applications using Java, Spring Framework, Angular or React JS.
Developing Global Transaction Manager systems using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and more.
Creating CI/CD pipelines with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and more.
