Financial Planning and Analysis Summer Intern

Candidates must reside in the greater Indianapolis area.

Role Description:

As a financial planning and analyst intern, you will assist with the development of monthly and quarterly reports, as well as competitive analyses and company dashboards.

You will also participate in the review and rationalization of management financial reports, analyze company costs and profitability, and ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

You will work with leaders on projects involving financial modeling, analytical reporting, monthly close, and drive analysis into our financial and operating results.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Current Junior/ Senior planning on graduating Spring Spring 2025 pursuing a BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Accounting, or Statistics
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills
• Completed coursework in accounting, corporate finance, economics, strategy, analytics, or business
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Intellectual curiosity fueled by a proactive approach to continuously expand one's skillset
• Previous internship experience in a business capacity

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with building PowerPoint / Google Slide decks
• Experience or coursework with data visualization tools (Tableau / PowerBI / Looker)
• Experience with financial statements
