As a perfusionist, you will operate extracorporeal circulation equipment during medical situations where it is necessary to support or temporarily replace the patient's circulatory or respiratory function.Responsibilities
- The perfusionist operates extracorporeal circulation equipment during any medical situation where it is necessary to support or temporarily replace the patient's circulatory or respiratory function.
- The perfusionist selects the appropriate techniques and equipment to be used in consultation with the physician.
