    School Psychologist Job Description:
    Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.

    Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) in collaboration with educators, parents, and other stakeholders.

    Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions to students individually or in group settings.
    Consult with teachers, administrators, and other school personnel to support student success within the classroom environment.
    Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and develop intervention strategies.
    Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress reports.

    School Psychologist Requirements:
    Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
    Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
    Experience working in educational settings, preferably within a school district.
    Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills.
    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
    Ability to adapt to diverse student populations and needs.
