Job summary
We are seeking an experiencedand detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel or hospitality facility. The ideal candidate will lead housekeeping staff ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations including cleaning schedules and staff assignments
- Ensure all guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces meet cleanliness and safety standards
- Mentor train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures safety protocols customer service expectations
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning janitorial custodial roles within hospitality industrial settings
- Familiarity with industry-specific cleaning equipment products
