Job summary
This position is responsible for creating and designing equipment, mechanisms, and optional features for both new and existing products with a focus on function cost-efficiency manufacturability and quality Reporting to the Plant Manager the role involves working from 2D and 3D models or blueprints to generate flat pattern sheet metal parts for laser cutting and press brake machines The position requires frequent collaboration with manufacturing the mechanical design team sales and management personnel
Responsibilities
- Utilize AutoCAD to generate flat pattern metal parts with accuracy efficiency
