Title: Finance Manager

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 p.a.

Start: ASAP

Tiger is partnered with a family office / venture capital firm who is looking for a Finance Manager to have general oversight on all accounting processes. They are specifically looking for someone who has previously worked in a family office environment. The role will be multi-dimensional and is a growth opportunity for someone seeking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that functions internationally.

Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the oversight of the full accounting processes, i.e., maintaining the general ledger
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial statements to clients in accordance with GAAP.
• Book closing
• Supervising and reviewing the accounts payable function
• Detailed-oriented accounting work
• Generating, and posting all journal entries
• Maintaining budgets and reporting on budget to actual
• Preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements with related work papers
• Managing and reviewing numerous banks, brokerage, and credit card accounts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• 7+ years of proven experience as a leader in recruiting
• Prior experience working in a family office
• Ability to travel
• "Get it done" attitude and tenacity for achievement.
