Service Line at St.

Luke's Health System in Meridian, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview St. Luke's Health System in Meridian, ID is seeking a Program Coordinator 2 to join our Trauma team.

Unit/Position Summary The Service Line Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day function of the department and assisting the providers in both their clinical and administrative duties.

Duties/Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for the daily operations and decision making that supports a specific program or initiative. + Collects demographics and baseline health history for each patient. + Collaborates in the development of patient care plans, based on patient needs, physician orders, and other considerations. + Engages with leadership and other relevant stakeholders for purposes of quality/process improvement advancing program effectiveness, and management of change. + Participates in data compilation for audits and accreditation of the program/initiative. + Responsible for coordinating case presentations. + Support injury prevention and outreach education based on trauma data collection. + Provides administrative support. Tracks certifications, endorsements, and licensures pertinent to service line. + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
+ Education:

Bachelors Nursing Degree or Associates Nursing + 2 additional YOE + Experience: 2 years experience + Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in State of Practice Qualifications Why St.
