Job summary
The District Manager is responsible for providing the overall vision and direction to assigned units for a geographic district normally generating $12-30M+ in revenue.This key leadership role is accountable for the execution of our General Management program with a focus on growth cost productivity leading people and delivering financial commitments.
Frequent travel to client sites throughout the district is expected.
Responsibilities
- Leadership Establish overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of multiple accounts and units Model key leadership behaviors ensure the highest levels of safety quality service excellence for employees clients consumers Coach & mentor employees by crafting a shared understanding about how what needs to be achieved Reward recognize employees Identify engage top talent develop team members to their fullest potential within the organization Plan lead team management meetings Ensure safety sanitation standards in all operations.
- Client Relationship Establish maintain effective client customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationship Identify client needs communicate operational progress Understand contractual obligations leverage opportunities Facilitate support new business retention activities Ensure team completes customer satisfaction surveys locations.
