Delices Gourmands LLC seeks
Pastry Chef. Las Vegas, NV. Operate/manage pastry and tourier department. Assist Chef Baker in production of baked goods. Create French baked goods like breads, pastries, cakes. Decorate pastries/desserts. Meet
customers to discuss custom desserts/pastries. Monitor stock and Order supplies. Make various pastries & Chocolaterie items/decorations. Prepare large quantities of various doughs.
Requirements:
Five years experience as Pastry Chef or related occupation. Culinary certificates in Pastry and Chocolate.
