Direct Hire position $19.00 to $21.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Find and hire associates to fill every job opening on time and in compliance with company policies and applicable gov't regulations Manage incoming orders from clients and enter detailed job descriptions Use social networks and industry connections to build a strong pipeline of candidates Interview and offer jobs/communicate rejections to candidates in a legal, timely manner Administer drug screens, background checks, and other pre-employment tests Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary associates Consistently make quality control calls to clients and associates to maintain an open channel for customer feedback Staffing Recruiter Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to problem solve Strong computer/data entry skills Able to have a flexible schedule Able to work in office everyday Some travel to local areas required Able to mutli-task on a daily and consistent basis Self-starter and adaptable Ability to maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during emotionally charged conversations Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
