    We have an immediate need for a skilled Welder to join our team.

    Candidates should come in on the north side of the building (side with the guard shack), drive all the way back, park outside the door that has a sign above it that says EMPLOYMENT APPLICATIONS.

    We are looking for Welders. This position is on 1st shift Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. This position pays $21.24 /hr.

    We are seeking experienced MIG and TIG Welders to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding tasks to fabricate and assemble metal components. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the production of high-quality products. This position does 90% MIG and 10% TIG.

    Duties:

    • Perform MIG and TIG welding techniques to join metal components
    • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements
    • Set up welding equipment and select appropriate tools and materials
    • Operate power tools and hand tools to prepare surfaces for welding
    • Assemble fabricated metal parts using welding techniques
    • Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet specifications
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

    Experience:

    • Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding techniques
    • Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for metal preparation
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
    • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
    • Familiarity with press brake machines, calipers, and other measuring instruments
    • Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes
    • Experience in building and assembling metal components
    • Understanding of machining principles is a plus
    • High School graduate or equivalent.

    Physical:

    • Frequent long periods of standing.
    • Frequent bending and stooping.
    • Lifting and carrying heavy weight pounds unassisted and 75+ pounds assisted) materials and objects.
    • Occasional pursing and pulling of materials or objects.
    • Hand/finger dexterity and coordination.
