The Electron Microscopy Core Facility at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus provides routine biological transmission electron microscopy services to various health-related disciplines.Responsibilities
- Sample preparation for transmission electron microscopy (TEM); fixation resin embedding ultrathin sectioning post staining immunogold labeling negative staining.
- Operation of TEM.
- Preparation solutions chemicals user training support troubleshooting optimizing laboratory protocols instrumentation responsible clean organized Laboratory.
