    Job Title: Registered Nurse Medical Surgical-Telemetry

    Key Features

    • Telemetry monitoring for post-surgical and chronic illness patients
    • Advanced imaging, radiology, and pediatric services

    Community Role:

    Nonprofit hospital serving Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Providing patient-centered care with a focus on monitoring and managing acutely ill patients
    2. Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Conducting regular assessments, interpreting telemetry data, and responding to changes in patient conditions
    3. Medication Administration: Ensuring safe and accurate delivery of medications per physician orders
    4. Collaboration & Communication: Working with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare staff to coordinate care.
    5. Patient Education: Educating patients and families about post-hospital care and ongoing health management
    6. Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining accurate patient records and following hospital policies and regulatory standards

    Qualifications:

    1. Active RN license in Indiana
    2. Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN preferred)
    3. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
    4. Previous experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing is a plus
