    As a Salesforce COE Analyst at BraunAbility, you will be an integral part of our Salesforce Center of Excellence.

    You will work closely with the Salesforce COE Manager and the North America Manufacturing (NAM) business to support the successful implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform.

    Essential Functions:

    Requirements Definition:
    For approved requests, work with requestors to document and define relevant business processes creating functional requirements documentation for new requests

    Data Analysis:
    Analyze Salesforce data and generate actionable insights to drive informed business decisions

    System Configuration:
    Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce to meet business requirements.

    These include but are not limited to Salesforce dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, data validation rules, custom object management and support for integrations with the Salesforce platform.


    User Support:
    Provide support to Salesforce users, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly, administering BraunAbility user accounts

    Documentation:
    Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce processes, workflows, and best practices.

    Work with business users to provide templates for business user functional training guides, reviewing and ensuring accuracy and best practices are being documented.


    Training:
    Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for Salesforce users

    Quality Assurance:
    Perform quality assurance testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of Salesforce functionality

    Platform Optimization:
    Ensure licensed Salesforce products are being used appropriately, identifying and recommending license and configuration changes to align with business needs

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
    Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governance, and integration with other systems preferred.
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    Proven ability to quickly learn complex business processes.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed.
    Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy necessary.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce related work experience required.
    An equivalent combination of education and/or related Salesforce work experience equal to 7 years will also be considered.
    Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) is required.
