    Description
    Co-op: An 8-month long opportunity, co-op positions are a full-time employment experience hours). Co-ops are fully immersed in the world of the staffing agency industry as a full-time team member.

    Internship: A semester-long opportunity, internship positions are a part-time employment experiences. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, interns tap into the foundations of the staffing industry.

    The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with various responsibilities including, but not limited to:

    Gain familiarity with open jobs in Top Echelon to assist in candidate-sourcing efforts
    • Manage recruiting inboxes on various job boards
    • Assist in coordinating and participating in recruiting events
    • Co-manage job requisitions (helping with screening applicants for qualifications, etc.)
    • Providing project support and assisting with process improvement initiatives for the department or cross-functional groups
    • Research and benchmark recruiting practices to find innovative and creative talent acquisition solutions
    • Partner with Recruitment Marketing to continue to strengthen the SCR brand and leverage social media recruiting tools to highlight career opportunities
    • Support the talent acquisition lifecycle by scheduling interviews, reviewing resumes, sourcing for top candidates, and screening talent
    Requirements:
    • Must be enrolled in a college or university for the academic school year spanning 2023 to 2024, or for the academic year 2024 to 2025
    • Must be a junior standing or above
    • Ability to work 10-30 hours/week during academic periods
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
    • Driven by success and goal-oriented, with a positive attitude
    • Naturally curious and inclined to ask questions
    • Proficient with Microsoft and Google programs
