    Job Title: Lead Groomer


    As a Lead Groomer, you will oversee our team of groomers and bathers, providing expert guidance and mentorship to ensure exceptional pet care services.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and train a team of groomers and bathers to maintain Scenthound standards.
    • Develop and implement effective coaching and mentoring strategies to enhance team performance.
    • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide targeted support.
    • Ensure the safety and well-being of dogs and team members at all times.
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to Scenthound's high standards.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year of grooming experience or graduation from a reputable grooming school.
    • Knowledge of dog breeds, care standards, and tools of the trade.
    • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.
    • Reliable transportation and willingness to work in a smoke-free environment.
