    Description


    As a Supply Chain Technology Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and supply chain operations.

    This position involves managing both software applications and hardware devices, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across our supply chain systems.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Technology Administrator to enhance system efficiency and performance.
    • Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate and analyze reports such as Daily KPIs, PO history, and invoice exceptions.
    • Provide ongoing support for supply chain applications, including user access management and approval group modifications.
    • Lead the transition from Premier to advanced platforms like Lawson, Workday, or PeopleSoft, and integrate data analytics with PowerBI.
    • Conduct training sessions for new users on Premier and other related applications.
    • Oversee the hardware aspect of supply chain technology, including maintenance and updates for iPads, laptops, and other devices.
    • Serve as a liaison between the IT department and supply chain personnel, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
    • Participate in strategic projects, such as the implementation of new software solutions and the refreshment of hardware components.
