    Construction Project Estimator Job Summary

    We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Project Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and project management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    The Construction Project Estimator will be responsible for developing accurate estimates for construction projects from conceptual designs through to detailed project specifications. They will also participate in pre-bidding decision-making processes, including reviewing preliminary designs, visiting sites, and collaborating with subcontractors during the bidding phase.

    The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop accurate estimates for construction projects
    • Participate in pre-bidding decision-making processes
    • Review design documents to ensure compliance with specifications and project budget

    Requirements

    • Previous industrial construction estimating experience
    • Strong understanding of accounting and project management principles
