Our client in Latrobe is seeking a Manufacturing Manager.

M-F day shift, direct hire role

Duties:

Ensure customer satisfaction meets desired levels through quality system compliance

Compliance to budget and management system requirements

Keep upper management informed of production schedules, work force needs, production needs, and employee status

Supervise employees in department

Work with other departments to process customer complaints, product rejections, or rework parts in a manner adequate to maintain operations and related equipment

Requirements:

5 years of supervisory experience in a Manufacturing Setting

College degree or similar exp

Previous experience in a Medical Manufacturing environment preferred

Previous experience with Plastics Injection Molding preferred

Six Sigma preferred
