    JOB SUMMARY:


    As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in our sales operations by synthesizing data from various sources, including PowerBI, Logo Tool, survey data, and marketing campaigns, to provide actionable insights.

    Your primary responsibility will be to analyze complex data sets, draw meaningful conclusions, and present these insights in a digestible format that will drive sales plays and strategies to capture the SMB market.

    This role is ideal for someone early in their career with strong analytical skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.


    FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES:

    Data Synthesis and Analysis:

    Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources, including PowerBI, Logo Tool, survey data, and marketing campaigns, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.


    Insight Generation:

    Utilize your analytical skills to draw actionable insights from data and provide recommendations to improve sales strategies targeting the SMB market.


    Sales Play Development:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales plays based on data-driven insights, ensuring alignment with business goals.

    Reporting:

    Create regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales operations and SMB market performance.


    Data Visualization:
    Present data and insights in a visually compelling and easy-to-understand format, leveraging tools like Tableau or PowerBI.

    Continuous Improvement:

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance data analytics capabilities and drive more effective sales strategies.


    Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of data sources, methodologies, and findings to ensure data integrity and repeatability.


    SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
    Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI.
    Curiosity and a passion for leveraging data to solve business challenges.
    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    Tech-savvy and eager to learn new data analytics tools and technologies.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, a related field or equivalent work experience.
    Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
    Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
    Previous experience in sales operations or business analysis.
