The Part-Time Center Associate delivers exceptional customer service to all retail customers by processing packages for courier shipment and operating various office equipment. They provide expert advice on our products, services, and best-value options, demonstrating confidence in industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and respond to telephone inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
• Maintain good listening skills with customers, colleagues, and leadership to ensure seamless communication.
• Take ownership of customer shipping needs and offer viable solutions to meet their requirements.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.
• Operate office equipment, software, and devices with expertise and be willing to train others.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites is necessary.
• Outstanding phone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math accuracy, are required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Able to lift 40+ pounds and work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
