- Tour and inspect the hotel daily to maintain cleanliness and uphold quality standards for a top-notch guest experience.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the cleaning team, manage schedules, and oversee cleaning supplies and inventory.
- Stay informed about the local market, competitors, and demand generators.
- Handle hotel phone inquiries politely and professionally.
- Maximize revenue by converting inquiries into reservations via phone or email.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes and other daily operational tasks.
- Partake in weekly meetings covering revenue management, marketing, and issue resolution.
- 2 years of direct hotel experience.
- 1 year of supervisory or general management experience in a hotel setting.
- Intermediate computer skills (Google Suite) and social media proficiency.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in English and access to reliable transportation.
