    OPEN POSITION:
    Physical Therapist


    SCHEDULE:
    - Full-Time
    - 4 Days per Week
    - 9 Hours per Day
    - 4 Hours Administrative Time (can be remote)
    - 1 4-Hour Saturday per Month (with flex time off)


    COMPENSATION:
    - $80,000 Starting Base Salary, negotiable dependent upon experience
    - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
    - Monthly Productivity Bonuses

    - IRA w/ 3% Match


    LOCATIONS:
    - Denver, Colorado (2 days per week)
    - Thornton, Colorado (2 days per week)


    COMPANY PROFILE:
    This private practice, established in 2001, is the leading injury clinic in the greater Denver area. The practice comprises 4 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, 1 physician assistant, 8 physical therapists, and a varied team of medical assistants, psychologists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and acupuncturists. The team is backed by a strong group of administrative and operational professionals. Due to expansion, they are seeking a new physical therapist to join their team.


    POSITION DESCRIPTION:
    The incoming physical therapist will be part of a tight-knit group of healthcare providers focusing on treating patients recuperating from auto accidents and personal injuries.

    On average, PTs see around 10 to 15 patients daily, with this number adjusted as per patient requirements and appointment duration to ensure each patient receives ample individualized care. Clinical assistants are on hand as needed.

    Services offered by the practice include, but are not limited to:


    - physical therapy
    - massage therapy
    - acupuncture
    - chiropractic care
    - counseling
    - neuro-optometry

    An EHR system is utilized by the practice.

    The work schedule involves four (4) 9-hour workdays, with 4 hours dedicated weekly for administrative tasks that can be carried out either on-site or remotely. The new physical therapist will work a 4-hour Saturday shift once a month, with flexible time off during the week to maintain a work-life balance.

    The position will require travel between the Denver and Thornton offices, spending 2 days per week at each location.


    REQUIREMENTS:
    - Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
    - Possession of a current Colorado physical therapy license
    - No prior experience necessary
