Job Details for Hiring Immediately Direct Hire Plant Manager
Pay Rate:
$100,000 - $125,000+yearly salary based on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 5am-2pm with occasional variance
IMMEDIATE BENEFITS:
Oversee all aspects of Manufacturing and Distribution environment including processes, quality, productivity, safety, and mechanical maintenance
Develop and implement process improvements and associated training
Manage and maintain inbound and outbound product flow and logistics schedule
Manage and oversee budget & spending, and apply findings from P&L statements
Actively apply Lean Manufacturing principles for consistent improvement of productivity, quality, and efficiency
Be a strong and friendly presence in the workforce - coach and oversee all employees with firmness, kindness, and attention to detail.
Must have a relationship-driven approachManage employee coaching, performance reviews, discipline, and overall engagement
Job Requirements for Hiring Immediately Direct Hire Plant Manager:5+ years leadership experience in a Manufacturing Environment
required
5+ years of experience in production scheduling and quality control systems
strongly preferred
Proven track record of successful Manufacturing Management
required
Bi-lingual Spanish + English speaking preferred but not requiredHiring
Experience understanding and applying financial statements
Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma Required
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Key Performance Indicators
Excellent people skills are a must - have a track record and great aptitude for balancing results and relationships
