- Assist with Service Calls: Accompany experienced plumbers on service calls to diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
- Learn Troubleshooting Techniques: Gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting plumbing systems to identify the root cause of problems and determine the appropriate solutions.
- Perform Basic Repairs: Assist in performing basic plumbing repairs, including pipe replacements, fixture installations, and clearing drain obstructions.
- Provide Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally and courteously, addressing their concerns and providing information about plumbing services as needed.
- Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure personal safety and the safety of colleagues and customers at all times.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or GED is required for this position.
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in tight spaces, and perform physical tasks associated with plumbing service work.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Basic understanding of plumbing systems and mechanical components is preferred.
