    Description

    Job Objective:
    Monitors, maintains, and controls the safe, healthy and environmentally sound operations of the gas/oil pipelines and terminal

    Essential Job Responsibilities:
    Maintains safe and healthy work environment by practicing pipeline standards, adhering to legal regulations, and conducting inspections. Supports company vision and mission.
    Adheres to the company's values - integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and improvement.
    Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and in punctual to work and meetings.

    Job routinely requires the management and coordination of a diverse range of complex assignments requiring the use of experience, innovation and judgment.

    Uses knowledge and experience to solve highly complex problems. Plans and conducts complex work requiring independent evaluation. Exercises substantial latitude for independent decisions.
    Regularly demonstrates technical expertise in a number of specialties, geographic areas or operational functions. Applies specialized knowledge in the effective completion of major projects and/or work assignments. High-level understanding of operational economics. Maintains confidentialities.
    Demonstrates and encourages professional conduct and business ethics.
    Consistently demonstrates proficiency in leadership, teamwork, interpersonal, communication and mentoring skills.

    Readily identifies and promptly acts upon or efficiently organizes any efforts needed to address safety and operational efficiencies, and protection of community, personnel, environment and assets.

    Train and qualify on all areas of responsibility for the assigned post including the CAM/BOA P/L stations, Alliance Console, Alliance Product Docks and Alliance Tankfarm/Waste Water Treatment PlantUtilize EAM to enter work requests and complete assignments as requiredTrain and qualify on all assigned OQ tasksOther Job Responsibilities:

    Ability to be available 24 hours per day (on call for questions, emergencies, etc.).Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.

    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    Other duties as assigned by management.


    Qualifications:
    Four (4) years - seven (7) years minimum oil and gas and pipeline experience.
    Ability to accurately solve problems.
    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
    Ability to perform work assignments with little or no supervision.
    Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
    Ability to accurately perform tasks.
    Good written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work effectively with different truck groups that transport product.

    Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:
    Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).Ability to make independent, rational decisions, as required.
    Ability to maintain the integrity of the pipeline process.
    Ability to work alone and highly motivated.
    Ability to operate a motor vehicle in and around process area. Ability to consider safety in all decisions.
    Self-starter, team player, and comfortable working under pressure.


    Education Requirements:
    High School diploma or GED.

    Some college preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating sufficient knowledge, ability and skill to handle the duties and responsibilities of the position.
