    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    School Year Speech Language Pathologist

    ProCare Therapy is working with a school district in Portland, Connecticutto interview and hire a Speech-Language Pathologist for the school year. Applicants will need to have a valid Connecticut SLPlicense and be communicative, organized, and able to follow direction. Further information on this opening and how to apply can be found below.

    Job Details:

    • Full-Time (35 hours/week)
    • General SLPduties
    • K-12th grade students
    • Conduct evaluations, IEP development and teacher consultations
    • Caseload of 50 students
    • Students with autism, AAC devices
    • 2 Self-contained classrooms

    Job Qualifications:

    • Licensed/Certified as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state required
    • CCCs and CFYs accepted
    • Must have teaching certification
    • Experienced working with AAC devices
    • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
