    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Required:

    • Degreed preferred. Will consider off-setting industry experience.
    • 3+ years of plant maintenance experience in a Food or Chemical Processing operation.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, to include professional oral and written communication, a team-focused approach, and the ability to model composure/make decisions in stressful situations.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience in food manufacturing facilities (esp. poultry)Regulatory compliance knowledge, including USDA regulations, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety (SQF)Strong computerized maintenance management system knowledge, ammonia refrigeration experience a plus

    Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing an established food processing operation who are searching for a Maintenance Supervisor.

    The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for;Coordination of maintenance work orders andEffective utilization of the team to address plant process, equipment, and facility upkeepWith a One Team, One Mission approach, this position collaborates across shifts and with multiple departments (Production, Utilities, Planning, Safety) to supportConsistent yieldsMinimize downtimeEnforce HACCP, USDA, and food safety protocol.
