    Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Tester

    Job Description:

    Metas Solutions is looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with diverse teams to create and execute thorough test plans, automate test cases, and detect and address defects. Proficiency in Azure DevOps, PowerApps, and SharePoint will be key to streamlining the testing process and ensuring successful software solution deliveries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
    • Conduct various tests such as functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing of software applications.
    • Identify, document, and prioritize defects using defect tracking tools like Azure DevOps.
    • Configure and oversee test environments in Azure DevOps to ensure consistency and reliability.
    • Collaborate with different team members to address issues promptly.
    • Analyze defects' root causes and provide feedback for prevention strategies.
    • Participate in requirement analysis and review sessions to enhance testability and quality.
    • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and suggest enhancements to testing processes.

    Requirements:

    • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Have at least two years of experience in a Software Quality Assurance role.
    • Possess skills in Azure DevOps, PowerApps Test Studio, or similar tools.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in manual testing techniques and methods.
    • Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
    • Capability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality.
