    Position Overview

    • Conduct site due diligence, research projects, draft designs, support project teams, offer general departmental training, and assistance
    • Create detailed plan sets
    • Serve as a connecting link between design teams and Project Managers
    • Adhere to company standards to produce accurate construction plans efficiently
    • Prepare well-structured design reports for presenting concepts

    Requirements

    • Hold a Civil Engineering degree from an accredited institution
    • 3+ years of experience in civil site design, project management, and team coordination
    • Show interest in National Brands and contribute to team growth
    • Proficient in designing water and sewer mains, mass grading, roadway layout, erosion control, and storm drainage for prominent residential and commercial projects
    • Demonstrate expertise in civil site design, regulatory compliance, plan development, surveying, and construction methods
    • Hands-on experience with AutoCAD CIVIL 3D
