    Responsibilities
    • Technical
    • Provide field leadership for equipment maintenance
    • Ensure project safety and quality
    • Manage equipment costs and provide reports
    • Train, coach, and maintain team morale
    • Develop team cohesion
    • Administrative
    • Coordinate work with co-workers
    • Record equipment maintenance data

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
    • 5 years' mechanical experience
    • Tunneling experience preferred
    • Knowledge of construction safety
    • Basic computer skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Willingness to travel

    Working Conditions

    • Lift objects up to 50 pounds
