    • We are looking for sugical technicians with a passion for the Surgical field.# Our Baxter Health OR/CVOR has 13 operating rooms and averages 650 cases per month.# Our cases include General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurological, Cardiovascular, Plastics, Ear Nose Throat (ENT), Urology and Gynecological (GYN) procedures.# We have a highly skilled, dedicated team of patient advocates that work in an interdisciplinary team environment.# New employees progress through an extensive orientation and#we support professional advancement through certification and education.

    Position Highlights:

    Technology:
    # Davinci Surgical Robot; Navigational Spinal and ENT surgery; Hybrid OR for advanced vascular procedures, etc


    Responsibilities:
    Assist in operations, under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, or other surgical personnel.

    May help set up operating room, prepare and transport patients for surgery, adjust lights and equipment, pass instruments and other supplies to surgeons and surgeon#s assistants, hold retractors, cut sutures, and help count sponges, needles, supplies, and instruments.

    Provide direct patient care for assigned patients in the perioperative unit.## Must be proficient in a wide variety of high level surgical technologist skills.

    Responsible for adhering to all standards of perioperative care and promoting a team effort among co-workers.# Collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidence based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.


    Job Requirements:

    Education:
