Do you have the experience to analyze an enterprise's Cybersecurity posture, anticipate Cybersecurity requirements and help find right-sized solutions based on industry leading practices? If so, Equitable has an exciting opportunity with a focus on the following key responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage the Equitable Security Operations Center Detection team
  • Primarily responsible for ensuring that security events and alerts are triaged and responded to with a high degree of efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Ensuring Compliance to SLA, process adherence and process development to achieve operational objectives
  • Developing and Facilitating assessment and training programs for SOC Analysts
  • Coordinating detection activities during cyber events
  • Provide direction and leadership to SOC Analysts
  • Providing guidance and direction concerning preparations necessary to aid in the prevention and early detection of cyber events, and monitoring and responding to cyber-attacks
  • Facilitate development, approvals and annual reviews of SOC triage playbooks and provide guidance and feedback
  • Coordinating Red Team/Blue Team, Wargames and other cybersecurity exercises
  • SOC Reporting and Metrics
  • Leading small to medium size Cybersecurity projects
  • The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$139,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
