- Lead and Manage the Equitable Security Operations Center Detection team
- Primarily responsible for ensuring that security events and alerts are triaged and responded to with a high degree of efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism
- Ensuring Compliance to SLA, process adherence and process development to achieve operational objectives
- Developing and Facilitating assessment and training programs for SOC Analysts
- Coordinating detection activities during cyber events
- Provide direction and leadership to SOC Analysts
- Providing guidance and direction concerning preparations necessary to aid in the prevention and early detection of cyber events, and monitoring and responding to cyber-attacks
- Facilitate development, approvals and annual reviews of SOC triage playbooks and provide guidance and feedback
- Coordinating Red Team/Blue Team, Wargames and other cybersecurity exercises
- SOC Reporting and Metrics
- Leading small to medium size Cybersecurity projects

The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$139,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
