    Assistant Project Manager and Jobsite Office AssistantEducational Requirements of position:Degree/Experience4 year degree in a relevant curriculum from an accredited college or university + minimum of 3 years of relevent experienceor 4 year degree in a non-relevant curriculum from an accredited college or university + minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.


    Trade Certification/AccreditationOSHA 10 HourTechnical Requirements of positon:
    SoftwareProficiency in Microsoft Word & Microsoft ExcelProficiency in Primavera P6 (or similar scheduling software/application)


    Proficiency in Timberline PJ (or similar project management software/application)Proficiency in Viewpoint (or similar AP software/application)Working knowledge of Navisworks, Revit and Sketch-upGeneralMastery of Quantity Take-off & Subcontractor Solicitation to support estimatingIn-depth understanding of building components and trade sequencingWorking knowledge of construction surveying/layoutWorking knowledge of contract languageBasic understanding of risk managementEssential Function of the positionSupervising all direct responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager.

    In the absence of an APM, these responsibilities shall be handled directly.
