- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. to achieve metrics.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates appropriately.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes as it applies to the position.
- Responsible for hosting recruitment events in-person or virtually.
- Responsible for staying up to date with state and federal labor wage laws to ensure job postings are in compliance.
- Maintain ATS and CRM database.
- Maintain recruitment inbox to ensure timely response to candidates.
- Responsible for communicating with all candidates to provide updates as necessary.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices across the team.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to Management weekly.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience with an HRIS database preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substitute on a year-to-year basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
