    Overview:

    The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting experience and managing a small team of talent acquisition specialists. The responsibilities for this role are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

    Essential Functions:

    • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
    • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. to achieve metrics.
    • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
    • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates appropriately.
    • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes as it applies to the position.
    • Responsible for hosting recruitment events in-person or virtually.
    • Responsible for staying up to date with state and federal labor wage laws to ensure job postings are in compliance.
    • Maintain ATS and CRM database.
    • Maintain recruitment inbox to ensure timely response to candidates.
    • Responsible for communicating with all candidates to provide updates as necessary.
    • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices across the team.
    • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to Management weekly.
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 5+ years of recruiting experience
    • Experience with an HRIS database preferred.
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substitute on a year-to-year basis.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
