    Description

    As an Occupational Therapist with Lifepoint Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their well-being through exercise and the use of prosthetic and orthotic devices. Your specialized treatment plans will be tailored to help each patient achieve their maximum potential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and overall well-being
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
    • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
