    Milton Hershey School is a top-notch home and school where over 2,200 pre-K through 12th grade students from disadvantaged backgrounds are provided an extraordinary, career-focused education.


    The residential youth caregiver will provide daily supervision and mentorship to approximately 813 students living in their assigned student home.



    • Responsibilities include providing medication administration, managing household routines and student schedules

    • Planning developmental activities with students on weekends while they're off school,

      • litrying different experiences like going camping trips with them every once of which semester may help lead our team members become excellent colleagues making positive contributions each week working together we ensure everyone feels valued appreciated respected productive motivated!
